24 Hour Blood Pressure Monitor

This is a helpful test that allows for the accurate assessment of blood pressure over a 24 hour period. A blood pressure cuff is attached to one’s arm and the blood pressure is automatically checked and recorded at pre determined intervals over the course of the following 24 hours.This can be a highly effective method of recognising patients with “white coat hypertension” and to plan and monitor blood pressure treatment.
